A Dream to keep my heart close to my childhood
Italians share a wholehearted passion and love for their country. Particulary the region, in which they grew up, carries an exceptional importance. It is for that reason that many chefs open restaurants in their childhood memories and to the ingredients that first sparked the passion for cooking. Many chefs, but not all. Fabio is different.
